The gizzard, if I'd had it for the
first time, I would think, "How original, "how lovely." But I would have liked
to have seen something different in your canapes that I hadn't seen
before. I love your sweetcorn sorbet. That's a very, very clever idea. It sort of takes you by surprise,
doesn't it? Yeah, the combination of smoked
chicken and sweetcorn is brilliant. The black garlic toast - it's good, but it just doesn't have the
finesse
