is... It's got a lovely smoky flavour from
the bacon. I really enjoy it. I would have liked a little bit more
sauce with it. The celeriac, I'd have loved black
pepper in there. Don't you think it needs it? Absolutely, for me it's a bit wet
and under seasoned. For want of a better word,
it's a bit insipid
