This is the best of its kind. I like the idea that you've put
gentle spices through that and you've achieved something special. You were so sensible not to go all
fancy on the vegetables. The mashed potato is a beautiful
consistency. Cabbage and carrots went very well
with it. I'm really enjoying it. What have you got in the mint sauce? A tiny bit of Kashmiri chilli
powder. I was about to say I was actually
looking for more spice in the lamb, until I got some of that mint sauce
and the chilli pepper came through, and it's left that really lovely
tingle. It just works so perfectly well
together. Very clever and incredibly well
