Very nice twist! Look at that! Look at his method! It's a lovely bit of twist! I reckon he could do that
with a potato. A plum crumble was the first thing
that came to mind when the judges said plums, which is one of the reasons
why I chose it. Because I was like, "Crumble!
Have a little crumble..." If someone made a plum crumble,
would that be too easy? Yeah, you do
a different crumble on top, maybe they use porridge oats
and it's absolutely perfect? Plum would be the star. It could come out on top. And there's even some Amaretto. Aw! So I'm quite excited. A couple of more ideas to zhoosh
it up a bit. The thing with the crumble,
the simpler the dish, the harder it is to execute it
in some ways, because there's nowhere to hide
