from you, Tobi. I think the rice
is a nice neutral flavour. It's absorbed all those juices, your rice and your ox cheek
go together really well. The ox cheek is beautifully tender. It's something different,
and I like it. You're going to like this salad,
Mary, it has got rum in it. I KNEW you were going to say that. Blimey, Tobi, I hadn't even put it
in my mouth and I got that hit from the rum. But the pineapple
works to sort of neutralise it. That's...that's really clever. I've never tasted anything like that
before, and I think I shall put
an odd splash of rum in my dressing. And think of you.
Your scallops are cooked perfectly. The beetroots are nice as a pickle and would go well in a dish, but that's
just a bit of a weird one for me. But your salad, your rice
and your ox cheek - well-cooked, well-flavoured,
well-balanced. I think your mum
would be proud of this, Tobi. Thank you. Thank you so much
