again, as we were mentioning before. I think I would have taken the skin
off, because it's no longer crisp. The flavour that you've got from
that dish is fabulous. I'm getting sweetness, coriander, but I'm really having to work to try
and find ginger. So, your pear cake. You've got to be
happy with that, surely? I mean, it's better than I expected!
