What are you up to here? I'm making some little
meringue nibbles, and that's... Hopefully, if they're done on time! So what is your whole dish...? It's not floating islands, but it
was sort of inspired that way. Meringue, creme anglaise, plums
and pistachios. And why are you not doing
a floating island? Because I've never made them before and I didn't think this was possibly
the best time to start doing that. That, by the way,
