What are you up to, sir? I see a pasta machine. Yes, I'm
going to do chicken-filled ravioli. I'm making a mushroom cream sauce
with white wine, a bit of tarragon, to go with the ravioli. I'm crisping up some chicken skin in
there to go with it. It seems like quite a posh dish. So is it going to be one big one, or
multiple little ones? I'm going to go for three
reasonable-sized ones. Maybe not Philip-sized portions
