What have you made? Chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and a creamy mushroom
sauce with some mushroom rice and cumin. I like the look of that. It looks
good, home-cooked fare, to me. Stuffing the chicken, I think, was a
good idea. I mean, it's delicious. The idea of a creamy sauce with
mushrooms in with the chicken, with the mushroom rice,
it makes sense. It's absolutely beautifully
flavoured rice. That goes so well with your chicken. Your chicken is a little overcooked,
but I'm enjoying the sauce and I love the tarragon in it. Thank you, Dipa.
