Your roast potatoes are,
unfortunately, slightly undercooked. You really want that crispy, crunchy
exterior from a roast potato, which you haven't got. The guinea fowl is beautifully
cooked and the breast is moist. The potatoes are not the best... and the sprouts are almost raw. The Yorkshire pudding -
you come from Yorkshire. I would like to have seen
a little bit more of a rise. It's a game of two halves, you know? The guinea fowl and the sauce
are phenomenal and then the rest of it
