with your accompaniments. Just to pair celeriac and potatoes
in a really nice, creamy mash I think is wonderful, and savoy cabbage, I think, is a
great choice. Most importantly of all, the pastry
underneath is a beautiful colour. It's cooked. Gravy - great depth
of flavour. Altogether, an absolutely
