You've used the word "tapas". The size, however... ..certainly not tapas style,
but the flavours are lovely. The cumin is well balanced. I'm getting a slight bitterness
from the aubergine. It's very strongly of cumin for me, but, having said that,
I'm enjoying it. These are absolutely delicious. I just imagine those for tapas. I would never have thought
to do aubergine in this manner, but I certainly will from now on. I think that's absolutely delicious.
