"Be honest." - If it was okay for Rader
to send the floppy disk without being traced, he instructed the police
to respond in code through an ad in the newspaper
that said, "Rex, it will be OK." - We thought it so ironic
that a freaking serial killer wants us to be honest. Lieutenant Landwehr decided,
and the FBI, they decided to go ahead
and place the ad and see what happens
