criminals to crime scenes, something that was
unavailable to police when the BTK Killer first
terrorized Wichita, Kansas in the mid-'70s. - We had DNA from the Otero
case and several other cases. At this point,
you've got DNA analysis. When BTK was leaving
all that evidence behind, it was worthless. It couldn't be analyzed
back then, but technology had caught up
