Our next stop will be Karasuzaki,
in Fukushima prefecture. We'll find out what it was
like in the 2011 earthquake, tsunami and nuclear fallout. It's been ten years now
since that all happened, so I want to know what happened
to the surfing community there and how they stayed connected
with the ocean through it all. I also wonder if the radiation
is really safe. Like, whether going in the ocean
and being exposed is still really harmful. Deep stuff. Yeah, it'll be deep
