I'm finding these nice,
little fleshes of winter chanterelles. {\an8}I'm planning on doing goose
with a lot of wild mushrooms. {\an8}I know that I'm gonna be
making a goose stock {\an8}and reducing that heavily, {\an8}and then finishing
the mushrooms off in that. These look a lot
like hedgehog mushrooms to me because the way the gills are
