a patriarchal structure where you have somebody at the head
of that organisation who has absolute control, who has handed out edicts to people
to operate or, or to function in a particular way, to a very, very basic level,
that person is in full control of, of the individuals
who are supporting it to him and in control of every aspect
of their lives, so you know if people buy into that, if people conform
to that way of thinking then you're dealing with people
who won't say no
