that's known as Dunfin. So, dun means hill,
and fin is Finn McCool. So, this is where, supposedly,
Finn slayed his famous dog Bran after being out hunting for a day. In a fit of anger, he threw a spear and allegedly
killed his beloved Bran. So, it's surrounded by fairy thorns. As you know, in Ireland, none of
the farmers round the place touch the fairy thorns, because it's
supposed to bring them bad luck. So, these are supposed to stand
guard around Finn's fort
