on the PCA Program, scheduled by MassHealth, and
there was some communication where the library staff told the
people at MassHealth the room was accessible,
and it was one of these rooms which is technically accessible, but when you have
20 or 30 people coming in wheelchairs
trying to go up that lift, {\an1}it was not very accessible
