running around it, but it was
basically a small levee just to keep the water
from the park going into
the surrounding areas, and that's why we had
our own pump station installed on the park, so we were
maintaining that water from going to other places,
going to other properties, like I said, but, you know,
to envision what happened, no, I don't think anybody
envisioned that that would happen
to not only Jazzland, but the city of New Orleans
running around it, but it was
