Having worked across the year,
Nicky can now call herself the only full-time fisherwoman
in the county. It's been a long, hard road. Lots of highs, but lots of lows
I've had. It's pushed me to the limit - mind, body and soul, I think. It's tested her to the limit,
I think, sometimes, you know? But she's done fantastically
well, you know? It's made me more confident
as a person, I think. If I can do that,
I think I can do anything. And for Jason, his lifelong dream
of skippering his own boat has finally come true. The toughest time of my life,
if I'm honest. It really has. On a positive note about it, if you challenge yourself
with a different job, you go outside your comfort zone, when it does pay off, you feel
better about yourself, you know? It's how we grow, innit? Yeah. As people, you know?
