I've had in a long time. Look how thick that is. Turbot's one of the most
sought-after fish there are, especially a turbot
in that condition. They make very good money,
and we don't catch them that often. That's a John Dory.
The French call them St Pierre, which I rather like. The majority will go to
his main buyer, but his wife Angie will take
the cream of the catch for the St Mawes crowd. She's got turbot, lemon sole,
red mullet, Dover sole. She'd have liked some more haddock,
I expect, and she'd have liked a bit of this
and a bit of that, but I'm a fisherman, not a magician.
She'll have to have what I got. She only loves me for my fish
