ELLE:I don't get it. If this guy's a hostage, then why hasn'tWalker tried to negotiate with us? Maybe he's scared, or maybe he hasn'tfigured out what his next move is yet. We have a bead on Walker. A sniper spotted him in his scope. He's sitting in an office buildingacross the street. It looks like a storage roomwith a small window facing us. -We could surprise him.-That's a good idea. If he feels cornered,he might give himself up. Why do you say that? Because bombersare generally cowards. I'll take a team in, and we'll go inthrough the back of the building. This feels wrong to me.
