are held to high standards and rightly so. I see it as part of my
job to hold them to that. And in my view, there
is powerful evidence that on the day in question,
they let this country down. [REPORTER]: So

civilians in cold blood? [PHIL]: What I'm saying
is the Army's own. Military Police investigation
closed too soon. It wasn't good enough. [PHONE DIALS] That's why we've called
