these friends of ours had a house in Vermont,
and so we'd go up there and my dad learned
how to ski in his 40s. I just loved it immediately. - I can remember
being in a chairlift and-- and looking down
and just seeing this, like, broad smile on Jake's face
and the parka wide open flying behind him and just,
you know, going straight down, and you could tell
he just loved it
