I think probably in the original
director's, like, first pass, of the film when I had a lot, I had done a lot less refining
of the scenes, this scene was a lot, lot longer because it had so many interesting
story threads going through it and so many suggestions
of relationships from the past that couldn't end up in the finished film
because it almost, like, brought up
