Service dogs have been around
for decades and decades. But I think we're
just scraping the surface of what dogs can really do. Especially their ability
to use their nose. You know, if we can train dogs to find 17 different kinds of explosives, and find narcotics, why can't we teach a dog to recognize
the scent of a seizure, and to alert to it,
before it ever happens. So we started
talking to people with epilepsy. We had them collect scent. Then we taught the dogs to
memorize the scent of a seizure, and to alert to the scent. Good boy
