hit the island. After a 20-year career 
at the Caribe Hilton, ending as the Environmental
Sustainability Manager, Eddie Ramirez took his vision
of eco-friendly tourism from the 650-room Hilton
to his own five-room bed-and-breakfast, aptly named Casa Sol. [Eddie] So we have here
