I wish I could help you, inspector. Well, they could be anywhere. Trouble is, there's an awful lot
of people still camped up here, even though the season's over. I understand, of course. All I know is, they're somewhere between
clear lake and big bear. That is what I was told.
Do you have any suggestions? Just keep driving
along the lake and looking. That camper and all those dogs,
somebody's bound to have spotted them. It's the best I can do. - You are most kind, sheriff.
