VINCENT: I started to hear
rumors and whispers about Memo Fantasma,
the so called "Narco Ghost," in Bogotá, Colombia,
from 2006 until 2009. And this mysterious character
was very much involved in both narco trafficking
and paramilitary activity. Even prior to
the paramilitaries, he was actually an associate
of Pablo Escobar. Ended up making off
with a large load of high quality cocaine that he stole from Escobar and ended up setting up
