Some of the biggest issues

of sway as well. Basically, all buildings sway but when you get
that high up in the air it's really noticeable. Some folks had even told me

it's just a question
of how much and whether the movement
does more than
make you feel queasy. Here there were reports
of it creaking
like a ship at sea with banging noises. [narrator] As if swaying,

Because of the height
of these towers and the way in which
the building sways
at that height, cables inside
the elevator shaft were sort of slapping
against the side of the shaft and causing the elevator
to stop
