There are wonderful
alternatives to culling,
00:00:03.311 --> 00:00:04.621
and I think that that starts
00:00:04.656 --> 00:00:06.311
with education in the community
00:00:06.345 --> 00:00:09.001
on what they as
individual citizens can do
00:00:09.104 --> 00:00:10.518
to avoid an adverse interaction,
00:00:10.552 --> 00:00:11.793
and educating them about
00:00:11.828 --> 00:00:13.069
where it might be safer to swim,
00:00:13.725 --> 00:00:15.552
maybe employing more lifesavers
00:00:15.587 --> 00:00:17.449
who would actually
save a lot more lives
00:00:17.483 --> 00:00:18.759
than these culling practices,
00:00:18.793 --> 00:00:21.104
which are probably
more endangering lives.
