is a bit overwhelming. In 1981 and '82, DMC sold almost 9,000 cars, so there is a ton of paperwork. Unlike the major
car manufacturers, DeLorean Motor Company
was privately held. So, they kept a close eye
on all their automobiles and had records
on every one of them, including the models
