of your choosing and a water-based lubricant. You'll start with
the smaller dilators and progress your way slowly
into the larger sizes over a period of time. The first step
is to get yourself in a comfortable position with your legs relaxed
in a butterfly position. Position the dilator at the entrance
to the vaginal canal, with the dilator
slightly tilted up. In order to maintain
