Free City for, like, three years now. I've never seen anything like this. Up until recently, I don't even know if I'd have noticed
a few NPCs going missing. And I don't know if this is just
some whack Reddit theory but some people are saying
that Blue Shirt Guy isn't even a player. - That he's actual AI.
