When an employee
in any company chooses to put their life
towards a company, maybe takes a lower salary,
gets equity promised to them, I think it's important
to really think, as a company, "Is there something we can do
for the employees?" You know,
when I would bring it up, I was often given
the response like, "We're going to be taking on
a new round of funding and we don't want you
to get diluted," which I've since come to learn would not hurt me,
[ Laughs ] but would actually benefit me
in any company chooses to put their life
