of over militarization, this sort of melding between
the military and politics and corporations sort of have
this sort of fascist theology that we see kind of emergent,

story to tell that; that ultimately when a new
weapon is going to be developed, we can't really trust it not
to be used for maximum harm, that it wouldn't be used
in a way that's defensive, but it would be used in
a way that's offensive and would immediately
get out of control
