I love to track these cats. But most of the time
the cats here
are either on rocks, where they leave no tracks, or they're on this grass,
where they also
leave no tracks. So our only opportunity
really for tracking is
when we have snow. And this place does not get
a lot of snow and it usually
melts off fairly quickly. So that means
the animals don't have
a lot of time to leave tracks
