If you wake up in the morning, you take a shower,
you take a bath because you don't want
to take yesterday's dirt with you out into the day, but if I wake up in the morning and I immediately go
to television or radio or the computer or newspaper and I'm taking in all
the stress of the world, then I might cleanse my body, but my mind is carrying
so much stress, so that's why meditating
in the morning is as important
as taking a bath, purifying your mind,
purifying your consciousness
you take a bath because you don't want
