For this house, my overall
design style is eclectic Boho. I feel like Maddie wants lots
of textures, lots of patterns. And yeah, a very curated
but full feel to her design. [Scott] She's gonna be
so proud of it. So, in here, what I wanna do is
make this into a proper dining area with a full bankette,
a table, a new light fixture, and some really fun pillows. Over here,
I want to redo the fireplace. And Maddie and I
are gonna do this together. I'm gonna use
a really dark tile, a beautiful wood-beam mantle, and this is gonna be the
fireplace that she's always wanted. [Scott] That's gonna be cool. So, this is probably the
sketchiest part of this room. This is the thing
that is scaring me the most. I don't know what's going on
behind this drywall
