wished to buy a parcel of their land. And the Bragga family,
well, they wished to sell it. This was one of the oldest
and most valuable plots of land in all of elf-dom. The revisions were fierce. Clauses were included,
terms were terminated. The amendments alone took an entire day. Finally, many drafts later,
it was finished. A masterwork of mutual obligation. Both families signed in triplicate
and took it to the king for his approval. Then disaster struck. The king realized the Bragga, the sellers,
had only signed twice! [all gasp] -You're supposed to gasp now.
-[gasps] Really? That's all?
