Well, not often has so much concern
been expressed for so long a period over so many,
about whom so little is known. We know at least 19 are married. Nine have children, ranging
from infants to college students. Those suspected of being spies would be put on trial
to face Islamic justice. Could that mean that some Americans
might be executed if convicted? The Ayatollah did not have an answer. I don't think any hostages
would be as well-treated as them. I'm sure they are much,
much better treated in there than 80% of the Iranians
all over Iran. Well, that may be true
as far as diet is concerned, sir. But 80% of the Iranians around Iran are not tied to their chairs
