Bob: DOCS contracts out cadaver collections to private companies such as the one that employ me and my colleagues here. We used to work in corrections. But prisons emptied out in a hurry when enlistment opened up to encarcerated convicts. Such a shame too. Housing, feeding convicts over time paid a lot more dough than cadaver procurement. That's stricly a one time fee. And currently the government isn't paying for minors. But maybe some time soon, right, professor?
