the way that I had planned on. You would think that brown is brown. But when it comes to cake, to give it the aliveness
or the fresh-baked look, you have to have the right shade of brown.
I don't think it's gonna fool the judges. So, I am peeling everything off
and starting from scratch on this loaf. There's not a lot of time left,
and it's risky to go back to this, but I don't wanna present
something that I'm not happy with. I'm planning on taking a blow torch until it forms
a nice hard, brownish shell. I need some of your cool cucumber vibe. [Steve chuckles] -Here you go. You can channel it.
