I failed on the first attempt
because we didn't have a theory test back then,
and there were things like, you had to do an emergency stop,
and the examiner would bang
the clipboard that he or she had, and they would
bang it and go, "Stop." And I knew that this
was coming at some point, but this examiner obviously wanted
to be a bit creative or leave his mark on the world, so he didn't bang
his clipboard on the dash, we were just driving down
the little side street and he went, "Look out,
there's a child in the road!" Jesus.And I went... And I said,
"No, there isn't." (LAUGHS)(LAUGHS) Because there wasn't.
He was just pretending cos he wanted me
to do an emergency stop
