I was about to take over had been pulled back
from the heat of the-- the fighting
in order to do some, uh, psychological counseling, some mental health
kind of treatment, and so I took the opportunity to sit down with
each and every one and I had a little notebook
and I would talk to them their short-term
and long-term goals
