When I got to a teenager
and girls would be like, "Oh, you have to talk to my boyfriend.
He likes comics." I was like,
"Well, why can't I talk to you?" "Well, I don't read comics."
It's like, "Yeesh." And, uh, it didn't occur to me,
even when I got into the business, that I was getting into a field where almost none
of the creator credits were girls
