a demographic transition, where, by the end of the next decade, America will be
a majority minority culture. And how do we live in that world? How do we live with each other, I think,
is shaped by the stories we consume. I always tell fans of these comic books,
a lot of us think that these heroes, and these characters,
and these villains was made for you. I said, "No, they're made
because you exist, they exist." The real world is our canvas. If we stop looking out our window
and noticing what the real world is doing, then inevitably our books fail,
and our stories fail
