a Parmesan panna cotta. But my first panna cotta
has not worked out. It's just completely gone to mush. My options are to either give up
and I can have my time left in my round two cook or I can wait a few extra minutes
hoping that this second panna cotta will work out to get a dish up. I'm not a quitter, so I decided
to stick with it. So I'm literally just waiting
for this second panna cotta to set. I'm just really hoping that
my second one works out
