Sabina, tell me about your dish. So today, I've done a bit of a play
on a French classic. So it's basically
a potato mille-feuille. It looks very cool. Are you happy you changed?
Yeah. I'm really happy I changed my mind.
I think I recovered well. But I think I've learnt to just
go in with a much clearer head and just really question myself
at the beginning of the cook to make sure I don't have
to pivot in the middle. Because it is slightly stressful
on a French classic. So it's basically
